To begin to gain an understanding of our potential user group, we looked at magazines like Shape, Self, Hers, Bally Total Fitness, Living Fit, Men's Fitness, and On Fitness, all of which focus around the idea of an overall healthy lifestyle for both men and women.


From our investigation of these publications, we decided we would be most interested in design a product for women, ages 18 to 45, who lead a busy lifestyle, probably with kids and jobs, and who try to exercise at least two or three times a week.
