Taylor Clayton

I am a first year graduate student pursuing a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in microfabrication and robotics & control. I received my B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Current Projects

My research project involves using microfabrication to design a magnetic microswimmer for medical applications, such as targeted drug delivery, as well as the controls side of manipulating the movement of the swimmer in an oscillating magnetic field. I utilize a Nanoscribe to do rapid-prototyping of microscale scaffolds to build the swimmers from a bottom-up approach.
