Reassessing What Our Product Will Do
The following is a refined
description of our product in terms of what it will provide.
The basic product components included in our product network:
- a home unit which serves as file storage and charger
- portable recording/viewing communication device
- a wearable component for video recording and audio output
- portable charger and stand
A detailed assesment of each product component:
Home Unit:The home unit connects to all Adeo devices to manage media.
It also:
- stores information in a multiplatform file format
- allows information to be viewed through TV or home computer without the need of a secondary device
- charges Adeo portable units
- signals when an Adeo unit is active
This unit allows users to record, view and share media with other users and the home unit.
Visual Functions of Adeo:
- record video and still images
- receive and view video and still images in either real time or as asynchronous (timed) form
- record audio
- receive and output audio media (real time/asynchronous)
Wearable Component:
This component works in conjunction with the Adeo portable unit.
- it is a wearable mount for an additional video/audio recording
- plays audio more discreetly
- when not in use is placed in charger/case
- a hard case to protect Adeo when not in use
- charges Adeo
- provides storage for Adeo and wearable component
- acts as a physical link between the Adeo and Adeo Home when charging at home.
Privacy:
The Adeo Product Group also accomodates privacy issues.- real-time connections only allow for one way recording to ensure privacy during real -time converstations
- only usuers within one adeo group may access the home
- secure personal folders are available to each user
