In todays business world, the accurate reproduction of color in various media is both a challenge and a necessity. This course examines the issues related to color reproduction and the methods by which consistent color appearance can be maintained across a variety of traditional and electronic media. Topics include: the perception and measurement of color; the capture, separation, and manipulation of color images, and color management techniques for a variety of media including print, the WWW, and television.
