- Co-chaired the first iteration of the ECE Student Council for Faculty Hiring, coordinating a select group of 25 graduate and undergraduate students.
- Led the student-driven evaluation process for prospective faculty candidates, including organizing student interviews, hosting Q&A panels, and gathering feedback.
- Synthesized comprehensive student reviews and presented formal advisory recommendations to the Department Head and the ECE Faculty Search Committee, directly contributing to departmental growth.
