What I support
I’m glad to help with a focused set of areas:
- Scientific computing consulting — advising through the Ray and Stephanie Lane Center for Computational Biology at Carnegie Mellon University on computational methods, reproducibility, and scalable research workflows.
- Teaching & training — workshops and one-on-one mentoring for developers and data scientists getting started with research software and good engineering practices.
- Open-source contributions — help with open-source scientific tooling, packaging, and reproducible workflows.
If your request falls outside these areas, feel free to reach out anyway — I’ll point you to someone who can help.
