so for tabling, I have the following:
thursday:
12:00 - 1:00 (me)
1:00 - 2:00 (me)
2:00 - 3:00 (me)
3:00 - 4:00 (alexa)
4:00 - 5:00 (alexa)
5:00 - 6:00 (me, alexa)
friday:
12:00 - 1:00 (no one)
1:00 - 2:00 (faisal and matt after 1:30)
2:00 - 3:00 (alisha, faisal, matt)
3:00 - 4:00 (justin, alisha, matt)
4:00 - 5:00 (justin, matt, faisal)
5:00 - 6:00 (justin, matt, faisal)
here's the deal: we need more people for thursday, and someone who can do
the noon to 1:00 pm on friday.
I'll be making buttons tomorrow. Come help me!
*Tak* if you get the postcards between now and friday, just swing them by
the table on either thursday or friday. Matt and/or Alexa have pamphlets.
I'll bring mint + chocolate brownies. Alisha has coffee and a coffee
machine. I have a smaller coffee machine if we need it. I'll get cups and
napkins (personally, I don't like using styrofoam. Any ideas for
substitutes?) we'll need packaged sugar too. anyone wanna get on that?
