Through the study of school climate measures and related readings, students will be able to identify and document staff and program needs within schools and to identify planning and implementation strategies that will result in improved learning environments for students. Attention will also be given to topics that will assist school administrators with communication techniques, conflict resolution, and greater school/community involvement.
