    Description:
    By importing goods produced by Indian and Chinese craftspeople, and marketing the goods directly to retailers in the United States, the project seeks to maximize profits for struggling artisans. The CMU SIFE Asian Craft Import project eliminates middle man firms who normally collect a large percentage of the money exchanged in a transaction.
