Michael Moore cancels visit
10.05.04 10:08 pm | by Nick Ennis

Political author and producer Michael Moore will not speak at Carnegie Mellon tomorrow as planned. Moore has cancelled his speech due to health reasons. Chris Rotella, Activities Board Publications chair, confirmed the cancellation. Moore hopes to reschedule the event for later this month.

Moore was scheduled to speak for 60 to 90 minutes on the Hamerschlag Mall as part of a nationwide tour of college campuses. Moore spoke yesterday at the University of Florida. His appearance at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, scheduled for later tomorrow evening, was also cancelled.
