MKULTRA Senate Hearings
(While it was believed that all documents pretaining to the CIA mind control research programs of the 50's and 60's had been destroyed, several boxes of accounting records from the ear spawned a Senate Hearing to discover what exactly had occured in these programs. While the hearings provide a glimpse of what had occured in these programs, based on the purchasing records, these studies respresent less than 10% of the mind control research conducted by the CIA on American citizens.)
