SEIU Summer Organizing Internship

Spend 8 weeks working as a union organizer on a campaign to organize
42,000 Home Health workers in Mi.
No prior union experience necessary. The internship is limited to 25.

Must have:

Desire to fight for economic justice
Ability to work long and irregular hours
A current driver's license.

Interns are expected to provide own travel to and from the internship
sites. However, limited travel aid is available based on need.

The union will provide:

$400/wk stipend, plus $15/day for food,
Housing
Car
Training, leadership and direction

People of color and women are particularly invited to apply.
