the Beehive Design Collective presents an Animated
Storytelling: PLAN COLOMBIA

Tuesday, January 14
6:30 pm, Dowd Room (2nd floor) of Carnegie Mellon's
University Center

Complete with a bigger than life banner, the bees will
take you on a visual tour of PLAN COLOMBIA. This
illustration tells a story about the long history of
colonialism in the Americas. a story about the
extraction of natural resources and herbicidal
fumigations. a story about the smoke screen of the
drug war and the myth of FREE TRADE. a story that the
United States is making a reality for people in
countries all around the world.

The bees invite you to discuss the links between these
issues and share ideas on how to actively challenge
U.S. foreign policy.
