What is the Annual Convention?

The main goal of the annual Convention is to expose members to the vast amount of opportunities available for them and to prepare them for future career success. The theme for our conference this year is "Engineering A Global Impact" and we hope that all of your torches will be ignited after having experienced this conference.

    Career Fair

Dozens of technical companies and corporations will be present at this years career fair!

    PCI Programs/Workshops

To maximize your NSBE experience at FRC, make sure to take part in the exciting programs and workshops planned for that weekend: Grad School 101, Career Preparation, Mock Interviews, What can NSBE do for me?, Finance 101, Being Black in a PWI, etc.

    Competitions

Over the course of Convetion, you will have the opportunity to take part in a number of competitive activities such as the National Academic Technical Bowl (ATB) and the Undergraduate Studies in Technical Research (USTR) program if you placed at the Fall Regional Conference.

    Lodging

Members will be staying at one of the suggested NSBE hotels. More information about hotels can be found at Convention Housing.
