The propose of Health and Fitness awareness is to bring into focus the various wellness componentes that if adopted will add to the quality and possibly the longevity of life. We offer several workshops and programs to help you and/or your department on your way.



Personal Training



Group workshops are offered throughout the semester to provide a general demonstration and explanation of proper use of the cybex equipment. Group workshops last for 45 minutes.
