PILATES

COMBO
Best of both worlds-step & Hi/Lo or Step only along w/weights & abs. (All Levels).

BEG./INTERM. STEP

HI/LO & ABS
Great movement combinations followed with a short intense ab session. (All Levels).

COMBO INTERVAL
Four mintute intervals alternating step and Hi/Lo Great Cardio workout! (All levels)

TANG SOO DO
Teaches the fundamental training skills of this traditional martial art - also develops balance, confidence and coordantion. (All Levels).

KICK BOXING
Learn self-defense moves; punching & kicking, coordination & reaction, footwork & stress-release.

AFRICAN-CARRIBEAN DANCE
Come and learn some moves from West Africa, The Islands and Brazil. The dancing is lively, uplifting and a great workout. Everyone is welcome--no experience is necessary. (All Levels).

CARDIO CHALLENGE

STEP/WTS
Great step workout...finishing with an intense weight session. (All levels).

BACKSTAGE AEROBICS
