SEMITIP V6, UniInt2, Example 5: n-type GaAs(110), with intrinsic surface states and including image potential

The example is identical to example 1 except that it includes the image potential in the vacuum (final parameter in fort.9 input file is set to 1). The method for including the image potential is described in Computation of Tunnel Current for Bulk States (including consideration of image potential and field-emission resonances). The scale for the conductance below is shifted by three orders of magnitude relative to that in example 1. Aside from that shift, the results are quite similar. Hence, to effect of the image potential is seen to increase the tunnel current (and conductance) by about three orders of magnitude, but with little voltage-dependence in this increase.
