Last minute extensions will not be granted. All submitted homework is to be the work of individual students. Collaboration on interpretation of assignments is permitted, but not on the construction of solutions. If in doubt, ask the instructor. All e-mailed submissions of homeworks and papers will be acknowledged by the Instructor. DO NOT SUBMIT VIA BLACKBOARD unless the instructor has approved it.
