Jmol Tutorial: Introduction

This tutorial is intended to illustrate some of the major features of JSmol that are useful for the display of proteins and other biological polymers (i.e. DNA). JSmol can be run either embedded in a web page or as a stand-alone program. This tutorial is directed at showing you how to interact with JSmol within a web page. Although the JSmol command set within a web page is more restrictive than in stand-alone mode, you do not need to install JSmol.
