Fv- PCP: Equilibrium Dialysis

This page simulates the outcomes of an equilbrium dialysis experiment. After specifying the concentration outside the bag (Lfree), the dry lab returns the total amount of ligand inside the bag. Keep in mind that there is some experimental error in the data.

  1. Determine the fractional saturation as a function of [L]
  2. Plot a binding curve for each protein (on the same graph) estimate the KD for each protein.

The total amount of protein inside the dialysis bag is 5 uM.
