Equilibrium Dialysis

This page simulates the outcomes of an equilbrium dialysis experiment. You can vary the amount of ligand outside the dialysis bag and the total amount of ligand inside the bag is returned to you. Keep in mind that there is some experimental error in the data.

  1. Determine the fractional saturation as a function of [L]
  2. Plot a Hill plot, determine the KD and the Hill coefficient.
  3. Is the binding cooperative.

The total amount of protein inside the dialysis bag is 5 uM.
