Preview of Simulation

The way our simulation runs is by having a world map highlighting the zones we're simulating on. The reason for that is that in the future, we hope to easily adapt it to simulation in any other place in the world.

Once we zoom in to a zone, we render the points for each person in that zone, depending on where they are and color them according to what virus they have. Red = HIV, Blue = Flu, Green = Ebola. If they have two viruses, the color is a combination of the respective colors.

For each city, we print out the statistics of how many people have been infected and to mainly demonstrate the nature of RNA viruses, print out how many distict (mutated) viruses exist at each moment.
