To motivate the younger generation to pursue a career in engineering by creating special programs for middle school and high school students. The PCI chair serves as a liaison between the CMU NSBE collegiate chapter and local high school NSBE chapters. The position organizes tutoring and mentoring program between members and high school students. The position is also responsible for organizing the College Prep Workshop and any other pre-college events.

       Biography
I reconstituted the NSBE chapter at my high school my sophomore-junior year. I was first introduced to it by my brother and I felt the need to join such a nationally known organization. I loved it ever since especially because I went to an engineering based high school so it was the perfect fit. After participating in several NSBE events such as regionals and nationals and goin to different workshops and meetings, I feel that I will be a lifetime member of this wonderful student-ran organization. NSBE's got so much fire!!!
