He overseas the design and development of all software at FactSet, in addition to the Information Systems and Quality Assurance departments. Mr. Hale joined FactSet in 1995 as a Software Engineer and held the position of Director, Database Engineering from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Hale was Director, Quality Assurance from 2002 until he assumed his current position as Director of Software Engineering. Mr. Hale received a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
