It's twins!  We found out in the Doctors' office at 10 weeks.  Dr. Lattanzi chose to look with the ultrasound in the office instead of just listening for a heartbeat... thank heavens!  What a wonderful (and overwhelming) surprise we got that morning!  We decided that we were going to wait until they arrived to find out their sex.
