In an attempt to appropriately represent Malcolm Gladwell's New Yorker article I staged and photographed his subject, french fries. I used a studio lighting setup and photoshop to convey a language I saw in the article. I wanted to convey a tone of idyllic visuals and wanted to be transparent to the contents of the imagery.
