Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance, but no later than ten days before an event. For efficient event planning, please make requests as early as possible. Requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservation requests must be completed in full, including an Oracle charge number. There is no space reservation fee.

Dates cannot be 'held' on the Posner Center calendar. Only confirmed reservations are placed on the calendar. Reservations are confirmed via email.

No sponsor may transfer a reservation to another organization or department, or use reserved space for any other purpose than what was originally approved.

The Reading Room is not available unless special arrangements have been made with the University Libraries and President's Office.
