Gerard Beenen

I am a Post Doctoral Fellow in Organizational Behavior at Carnegie Mellon where I recently completed my PhD.



My research interests are:

> The learning-performance tension in short-term, high impact work assignments;

> Motivation, self-regulation and learning in groups and organizations;

> Influence of leader-member relations on learning and performance.
