2002 NCAA Men’s Basketball

Sweet-16 Pool

Fill in the remaining brackets with the winners of each game. Points will be awarded for each win (see below).

Winner of Sweet-16 Round = 5 points (# of winners = 8 = 40 possible points)

Winner of Elite-8 Round = 7 points (# of winners = 4 = 28 possible points)

Winner of Final-4 Round = 10 points (# of winners = 2 = 20 possible points)

Winner of Final Round = 12 points (# of winners = 1 = 12 possible points)

The highest possible point total is 100 points (all 15 possible winning teams).

Entry Fee: $10 per entry. ALL ENTRIED MUST BE SUBMITTED, WITH ENTRY FEE, BY 5PM ON THURSDAY, MARCH 21^ST.

First Place will receive 50% of all entry fees.

Second Place will receive 30% of all entry fees.

Third Place will receive 20% of all entry fees.

Tie Breaker:

In case of a tie for any of the top three point totals, a tiebreaker will determine the winners.

• Tie Breaker #1: Guess the combined score from both teams in the final game, played Monday April 1, 2002. Closest to the actual score wins (it does not matter if you are over or under the total, just be closest).
• Tie Breaker #2: If there are still ties after Tie Breaker #1, the names associated with each entry will be placed in a hat. The first name selected will win the highest Place finished, the second name selected (if needed) will win the second highest finish, and the third name selected (if needed) will win the third highest finish.
