Prior to the IEEE Multimedia Systems '99 Conference in Florence, my wife and I enjoyed a Globus tour through Italy, from Rome to Florence to Venice to Assisi and back to Rome. Along our journey we saw many beautiful cathedrals, wonderful artwork and historic sites, and enjoyed romantic settings in some of the world's most wondrous cities. We had a fabulous time!
