Current Projects
- Investigating strategies for targeted attachment of DNA origami to endothelial cell membranes.
Academic Projects
- Hepatitis C Detection using Machine Learning Models in MATLAB
- Used Machine Learning Models like Decision Tree, Discriminant Analysis, KNN, and Support Vector Machine to predict early diagnosis of Hepatitis C virus infection involving the data set of 165 patients.
- Compared the results with traditional methods, and found Support Vector Machine to be more suitable to diagnose Hepatitis C.
- NIH style Grant Proposal on "3D Printing of Meniscal Implant using PEEK Material".
- Modelling and Analysis of Shape Memory Alloy based Self Expanding Stents using COMSOL Multiphysics
Awards
- Biomedical Engineering Department Head's Fellowship for Fall 2021.
