1.- Report: I have added a Foreword section that describes the purpose of the study and describes the structure of the paper. This report will be available under "Main Studies"

   2.- Managers Database. (in Access) Have a look at the data I am collecting on managers. I have collected information on some 60 managers, but think the sample will need to be quite big to be of any use (it is difficult to get all the information for each manager)

I'll be out of town between the 21st and the 1st of April. I'll drop by your office before I leave.
