In general, the Plumbing Section provides comprehensive and uniform regulation of plumbing throughout Allegheny County. Specifically, it is their objective to ensure that plumbing systems are properly designed, installed, and maintained in compliance with the “Code.” Hereinafter, the plumbing rules and regulations adopted by the County are refered to as the “Code.”
