| Now that you have a solid factual background
in the Enron case, we can turn our attention and focus upon the case’s
ethical and legal aspects. There seem to be at least three such areas
in the Enron case: 1) responsibilities to employees, 2) responsibilities
to society and 3) the legality of certain business practices. Each
of these will become thematic in this section of the Guided Inquiry. |
