Decisions:

* Carl is missing power usage numbers.
  - Team to provide as much info to Carl as possible.
  - Sections not filled in will remain TBD.
  - report will mention that all TBD to be determined through testing/
    modelling.

* Navigation section has been merged into processing
  - this addresses requirement 2.c

* Gurmit to maintain list of risks.

* Known risks:
  - Obtaining sponsor funding
  - untested data
  - No prior experience building lunar rovers
  - Ability of FLIR function at lunar temperatures
  - Lateral vehicle motion affects LADAR sensor readings on mast.
  - Failure of LADAR mast to telescope reduces angular resolution.
  - Lack of resources to complete project
  - Insufficient data for power decision
  - Hard to find previous examples
  - Environmental Damage to equipment
  - Lack of data for CPU / Processing needs.
