* We will only focus on parts of SEMP identified by Sam.
- Notice the focus is more on software, less on Hardware

* Ghislaine is leader of Technical Paper

* It is possible to talk to racer up to 1 min. prior to rocket launch
- This is useful for software updates prior to race

* 'Issues' will be removed from Trade Study

* Assumptions
- Race will occur above 75th parallel.
- Software update are permitted up to 1 min prior to loading
  vehicle onto rocket.
- DARPA will place Loran-C transmitters on lunar surface.
