Decisions:
----------
* Evaluation method up to the pair doing the evaluation.

* Moon circumference = 6790 miles
  - vehicle must finish in 1 week
  - implies vehicle speed must be ~ 41 mph
  - !!! This is very agressive & risk for project !!!

* Trade Studies - alternatives are decided by each team.
  - Tentatively, the alternatives by team are as follows:

  Navigation (position sensors): Wheel Encoder, INS, Loran-C
  Perception (perception sensors): LADAR, Radar, Camera (color/Infrared/stereo)
  Power : Solar, Nuclear, Chemical, Fuel Cell
  Motion: Wheel (4/6), Track, Legs

* Power will evaluate based on capacity.
  - power needs will be re-evaluated in technical report, which is due
    *after* the trade study report.


Actions:
--------
* All - send all section drafts & supporting spreadsheet to be Gurmit by
        Saturday noon.
* Gurmit - combine sections into final report, submit to team
         Saturday Evening.
