Hot Topics Discussion

Today's discussion was dervied from a hot topic from my consulting practice. None of the facts of any case were discussed. We didn't pproach any confidence or confidentially concern. We didn't even play with hypotheticals.

Our discussion, at its heart, was about using first principles to examine the underpinnings of a problem, and finding truths that aren't evident through the eyes of examinations using tools with rigid one-size-fits-all processes.

As we discussed in class, I'm not publishing notes about the discussion. I might eventually. There were no secrets. But, it is hard to capture the type of discussion we had in note form. It was more about how to think than about facts and figures. I hope you enjoyed the conversation!
