Instructions: This quiz displays 20 graphs of enzyme inhibition kinetics. Most are shown as Lineweaver-Burk plots; some are shown as substrate saturation curves. The uninhibited reaction is shown as discrete points connected by a blue line. The inhibited reaction is shown as a solid red line. In each case, estimate the values for Vmax and KM for the inhibited reaction. Then choose the correct entry from the two selection lists. After making your choices, click on the "Submit" button. Your answers will then be corrected and the correct selections will be written in the "Answer Slot".
Go to the next graph with a click on the "Next" button. Alternatively, a randomly selected graph will be displayed with a click on the "Random" button in the upper frame.

Scoring: A running total of your correct and incorrect selections is kept on the "Scoreboard" in the upper frame. You can also click the "Score" button at any time to get a summary of your quiz answers.
