Running Times for Dynamic Programming Routine on complex.gsia.cmu.edu; A Sun Ultra 60 with two 360 MHz UltraSPARC-II processors, 4 MB cache, and 512 MB main memory.
Starting solutions were obtained using the Lin-Kernighan routine from the CONCORDE website, with default parameter settings except the random seed, which was set to 1.
