Faculty Background

Joseph J. Balestreire is the Vice President and Manager, Quality and Performance Improvement at PNC Bank Treasury Management. The Quality and Performance Improvement Department acts as the principle consulting, education and team management function for the promotion of continuous performance improvement and increased client satisfaction specific to the quality of product delivery and service with Treasury Management.

Mr. Balestreire received his MS in Education from the University of Pittsburgh in 1976. He has over 18 years experience in Management and Organization Development in both Finance and Health Care and eight years teaching in public education. He is a past examiner for the Pennsylvania Quality Leadership Award and has presented nationally at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement National Forum and at a number of local quality conferences.
