I started with CMU in January of 1996 as the Assistant Cable Plant Manager. My predecessors resigned from CMU about 6 months after I started, and after several interviews, I applied for the position and was promoted shortly thereafter. The title of the position changed to Communications Facilities Coordinator.
Recently I had to attend classes regarding networking in San Francisco and although it was a full schedule of classes, I did get an opportunity to visit the world famous Golden Gate Bridge.
