1. CR policy would function as a self-regulating mechanism in which business would voluntarily observe legal, ethical and environmental notions.
2. Business would be responsible for the impact of their activities upon their surroundings(people and environment)
3. Business would proactively be involved in community growth and development and voluntarily eliminate practices that demage public welfares regardless of legality.
