EXPERIENCE
Intern @ IntraLearn Software Summer 2002
n Helped create and configure the knowledge base for e-support.  Worked with a team to update existing database schema.  Learned and used applications such as Visual SourceSafe, Microsoft SQL, and SupportWizard.    
Computer Consultant Fall 2001-2002
n Staffed CMU clusters and provided the users with a knowledgeable source of information on the hardware and software contained in the clusters. Good background with Macintosh, Windows 2000 or Unix operating system and various applications such as Windows 2000, CodeWarrior, Maple, Mathematica, etc.
