#2849 Meteora: "The Great Meteoron" was first built in about 1350; it has expanded a great deal since, obviously.
Its full name is "The Holy Monastery of The Metamorosis". The visit involved a walk down into the gorge and then a set of stairways (middle of this image) up to the buildings.
