1.0 Basic Rules

• Pricing: $120 per 100MB per fiscal year.
• You must buy in 100MB chunks. You must provide an oracle string.
• $50 bounce fee if the oracle string is not correct or expires.
• No refunds for early termination.
• Billing is done every July of the fiscal year. Automatic renewal unless cancelled by 7/31. Bounce fee also applies on renewal.
• If you do not start on a fiscal year boundary, you will be billed for the current month and then $10 each month until July.
• The quota will not be in your INBOX or home directory.
• Additional space can be purchased at any time. You will be billed for the increase for the current month and then $10 each month until July.
• The space will be backed up.

2.0 Systems

2.1 Cyrus Quota

• The space will not be archived.
• The space will be named as xq.user.<your userid>.

2.2 AFS Quota

• The space will be archived as part of the end of semester archive.
• The space will exist in /afs/andrew.cmu.edu/xq/usrN/your userid.
