Summary
The Andrew For Life Project proposes augment the computing system by
preserving the most unique part: the people. Andrew For Life intends
to allow students, faculty, and staff to maintain access to computing
resources, such as email, even after they have formally left the
university.
This proposal requires a number of fundemental changes that touch
almost all of the major systems in place today. It will affect the way
computing resources are managed and has significant impact on policy,
support, and budgets.
