Planning
under Uncertainty, Stochastic Programming
- The
handling of uncertainties in capacity expansion planning and scheduling of
process networks, gas and oil exploration systems using multistage
stochastic programming framework.
- Incorporate
uncertainty in exogenous and endogenous parameters like product demand,
process yields, reservoir size and its quality within the model.
- Develop
decomposition algorithms and aggregated models for industrial size
problems in this category.
