The day before Thanksgiving 2002 found us at the beautiful Montmorency Falls outside Quebec City.
We took the train all the way from Pittsburgh ... first around Horseshoe Curve to Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and New York City.
The next day, it was up the Hudson River ...
... past West Point, and into Montreal.
On the third day VIA Rail Canada took us on the final leg into Quebec City.

One of Debbie's favorite things: Tromploy murals.
One of Vagel's favorite things: Old forts.
Lots of restaurants ... this one was our regular brunch stop.
And always the churches ... St. Anne's (left), and Notre Dame interior.
And, finally, shopping! Rue Champlain in the old quarter.
