Malicious Attacks began as a simple prank among friends to figure their passwords in order to mess things in their computer up. Little did they now what thet were infringing upon. Now the world has symantec and other aint-viruses to defend computers from such malicious attacks as hacking along with others like viruses and phising attempts. There are many reasons why someone would want to attack your computer for information. Most attacks look to steal important information like a credit card number or social security number which would allow them to obtain many material goods or services without those people themselves being charged for it. It is important now more than ever that we protect our computers from malicious attacks.
